How to Place an Order

To place an order:

  1. Add all desired items to your shopping cart.

  2. Choose your preferred payment method through our website or PayPal:

    • Website Payment: Click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.

    • PayPal: Click the PayPal button to continue.

  3. You will be redirected to our Customer Information page. Please enter the following details:

    • Email address

    • Full name

    • Shipping address

  4. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side and click "Apply" to activate the discount.

  5. Click "Continue to Shipping." Verify that your shipping address is correct (if different from your billing address), then click "Continue to Payment."

  6. Enter your payment information. You may indicate that your billing and shipping addresses are the same if applicable.

  7. Click "Complete Order." You will see an order summary on the screen and receive an order confirmation email.

What Should I Do If Items Are Missing or Incorrectly Delivered?

Provide your Order Number and submit supporting evidence (image file up to 1 MB). We will send the correct item at no additional cost. You do not need to return the incorrectly delivered item—please keep it as a complimentary gift from us.


How Do I Know If My Order Was Successfully Submitted?

You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.


I Want to Modify My Order. What Should I Do?

Order modifications can only be made on the same day the order was placed, before 11:00 PM PDT (GMT-7).

  2. Adjust the number in the "Quantity" field for the desired item.

The total amount will update automatically.
