Return policy

At akehs.com, we place the utmost importance on the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 180 days in its original condition. The tags must remain attached. Upon receipt of the return, you will receive either a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days or the option for an exchange.

Requesting a Return

Please send an email to service@akehs.com requesting a return or exchange for your purchase.

Packaging

Carefully pack the items you wish to return and include the invoice.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please follow the guidelines provided by USPS, UPS, or FedEx and pack your items securely.

Shipping

Clearly affix the printed shipping label to the package and seal it securely. Be sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund

Once we have received your package, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.

Full-Price Items: Eligible for an exchange, store credit, or full refund within 7 days of receipt.

Sale / Promotional Items: Eligible for an exchange or store credit, unless explicitly marked as a final sale.
